ISSA CPT, Strength & Conditioning, Corrective Fitness BA in Clinical/Counseling
Founder & Head Trainer

Erik is a West Palm Beach native and has been surrounded by those with disabilities throughout his lifetime. Erik’s older brother, Jack, was diagnosed with autism at a young age. Erik played Division III lacrosse at Washington College in Maryland, which provided him with a rich knowledge of weight lifting and strength and conditioning. During his time there, he held autism education talks with his team and acted as a social coach for a man with autism in the surrounding area whom he still speaks with on a daily basis. Upon graduating, Erik earned a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical/Counseling and a minor in Peace & Conflict studies.

Post college, Erik worked as a Job Coach for those with disabilities at a respected autism foundation in Jupiter, Florida. Along with this, he has earned a personal training certification, strength & conditioning certification, and corrective exercise certification. Erik’s unique knowledge allows him to craft workouts that not only motivate adults with disabilities but ensure an element of enjoyment is always incorporated.
